Dajun Yu
Dajun Yu is a PhD student in the Food Science and Technology department at Virginia Tech and a fellow with the Water INTERface IGEP. She previously completed an M.S. degree in Food Science and Technology at Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Food Science and Technology in Jiangnan University in Wuxi, China. Dajun’s research uses chemical analysis techniques to facilitate better breeding of edamame in the US. Originally from China, she enjoys watching movies, hiking, and traveling in her free time. After graduating, she hopes to find employment in the food industry.
